Each of these ad groups can be a subtopic for your site, next to each group. You can see a number that is enclosed within brackets. This is the number of keywords in that ad group. If you do not want to select subtopics that are too narrow. You won't each Silo to have at least 25 Pages. This number, however, does not have to be greater than 20 times. You can always find more keywords by digging deeper using a semrush or keyword revealer. So do not consider this number while choosing subtopics.
Also, not every one of these keyword groups may be suitable to build a silo around; some may not have products you can sell. And some may be too narrow. If you scroll down to the bottom, and you can see Google has listed more AD groups.
Every ad group means that are subtopics. Google says it is where we need to select only three to five subtopics to begin with. Three to five is more than enough for now because if each Silo has 30 pages, then a site with 3 to 5 solos levels will have between 90 to 150 Pages. That's a pretty big site.
So let's select 3to 5 topics from the list of Ad Groups.
